Dallas-based / Built for your business

AI automation for work that slows your business down.

Replace repetitive document handling, data entry, and disconnected handoffs with workflows your team can oversee. We design and build business automation around your existing systems, with clear rules for when a person needs to step in.

Talk directly with an engineer. No technical brief required. We reply to inquiries within one business day.

Start with the problem

Where we can help.

01

Documents waiting to be processed

Extract and organize information from incoming PDFs, forms, and messages. Validate required fields, route exceptions to a reviewer, and keep a link to the original source rather than treating every AI answer as correct.

02

Systems that do not talk to each other

Connect approved CRM, operational, and reporting tools through APIs and workflow orchestration. Add retries, duplicate prevention, and alerts so a failed step does not silently lose a request.

03

Reporting built by hand

Bring operational data together, apply agreed business rules, and generate reviewable summaries. Give staff a consistent workflow instead of another spreadsheet to maintain.

A practical deliverable

More than a demo.

We agree the scope and acceptance checks before building. Your team gets the implementation and the information needed to run it.

  • A workflow map with owners, inputs, exceptions, and approval points
  • Integration code or workflow configurations in accounts you control
  • Test cases for normal inputs, missing data, duplicates, and provider failures
  • Access controls, secrets handling, and an agreed data-retention approach
  • Execution logs, alerts, and a manual fallback for critical steps
  • Documentation, handover, and separately agreed ongoing support

How the engagement works.

Compare engagement options
01

Choose one measurable process

Review a representative, appropriately anonymized sample. Record handling time, error rate, volume, and the cost of an exception. Agree what success would mean before choosing the tools.

02

Build a scoped pilot

Connect the required systems and test one workflow against agreed examples. Compare outputs with human-reviewed results and keep approval gates where mistakes would be costly.

03

Roll out with oversight

Start with a limited group, monitor failures and operating costs, and compare performance with the baseline. Expand only after the workflow meets the acceptance checks.

Before we begin

Questions worth asking.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Often, yes. We first check available APIs, permissions, vendor limits, and the quality of the data. If a tool cannot be connected safely or reliably, we explain the limitation before committing to a build.

What does an automation project cost?

Price depends on integrations, data quality, exception handling, and approval requirements. Our published architecture audit range is $3K-$7.5K for 1-2 weeks; a focused AI build sprint is typically scoped at $15K-$40K over 4-8 weeks. These are indicative engagement ranges, not a quote or a promised timeline for every automation.

Will you need access to sensitive customer information?

We start with process descriptions and synthetic or anonymized examples where possible. Any additional access, vendor processing, retention, and approval requirements are agreed before connecting production systems. Do not send passwords or sensitive records through the inquiry form.

Can you guarantee cost savings?

No. We can agree a baseline and measure the pilot against it. Savings depend on process volume, exception rates, adoption, maintenance, and model or platform costs. A pilot should tell you whether expanding the automation is worthwhile.
