Dallas-based / Built for your business

Custom software built around how your business works.

When spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools no longer fit, we help you build a practical alternative. Our Dallas-based team designs and engineers web applications, customer portals, internal tools, and integrations, from discovery through launch.

Talk directly with an engineer. No technical brief required. We reply to inquiries within one business day.

Start with the problem

Where we can help.

01

An internal process has outgrown spreadsheets

Turn fragmented records and manual approvals into a shared application. Define roles, validation, audit history, and reporting so people can work from the same information.

02

Customers need a better way to work with you

Create a portal for requests, documents, account information, and progress updates. Design the core customer journey first, then connect it to the services and systems behind your business.

03

Your existing platform is hard to change

Review the architecture and delivery bottlenecks before proposing a rewrite. Plan incremental improvements to performance, integrations, test coverage, and deployment so useful features can keep moving.

A practical deliverable

More than a demo.

We agree the scope and acceptance checks before building. Your team gets the implementation and the information needed to run it.

  • An agreed product scope, user flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Responsive interfaces and the backend services they need
  • Role-based access, validation, and appropriate audit trails
  • Automated checks for the important customer and operational journeys
  • Deployment configuration and code in accounts you control
  • Operating documentation, handover, and an agreed support plan

How the engagement works.

Compare engagement options
01

Clarify the first useful release

Identify who will use the software, what they need to accomplish, and which existing tools or data it must connect to. Separate essential functionality from later improvements.

02

Design and build in reviewable steps

Review the important screens and workflow early. Deliver working increments with acceptance checks, rather than waiting until the end to find out whether the product fits the business.

03

Launch and hand over responsibly

Test permissions, data migration, and critical journeys. Agree monitoring, rollback, documentation, and ownership of ongoing support before release.

Before we begin

Questions worth asking.

Do I need a technical specification before calling?

No. Bring the business problem, the people affected, and any examples of the current process. We can help turn that context into user flows, priorities, and a scope that is concrete enough to estimate.

How much will my software cost?

We estimate after reviewing scope, integrations, existing code, data migration, and delivery requirements. We provide a written proposal and explain exclusions. Our published service packages are reference points for audits, AI sprints, and embedded teams, not a fixed price for every custom application.

Who owns the code?

Code ownership, delivery accounts, third-party dependencies, and handover are defined in the engagement agreement. Our working model is your codebase and product ownership, with documented systems your team can operate.

Can you improve an application instead of replacing it?

Yes. We review the existing system and prioritize changes based on business impact and risk. A focused integration, performance fix, or modernization step can be more useful than rebuilding everything.

What happens after launch?

Before release, we agree who owns monitoring, incident handling, maintenance, and future changes. Ongoing support or embedded engineering can be scoped separately; it is not assumed to include unlimited changes or 24/7 coverage.
