We designed and built the full stack: a React front end, Node.js and GraphQL services, and a PostgreSQL data layer on Google Cloud. The platform generates AI-driven recommendations for rent optimization, predictive maintenance, and tenant retention, and replaces manual spreadsheet reporting with automated report and chart generation. The architecture is multi-tenant from day one, with real-time data visualization over a growing portfolio of properties.
